Best of the Fortnight

As the days have lengthened, there are some hints that Spring is right around the corner. Some of the overwintering birds have begun singing, resident raptors are displaying, overwintering gulls are putting on their fancy plumage, some trees are starting to bud and a few wildflower species are emerging.
