Another Queens Pelican

This morning a second American White Pelican appeared at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. A group of us watched the bird fly over, then land at the East Pond. What we had assumed was the same bird that had been seen since July 16th, was clearly a different individual. The markings on the bill were more typical of a breeding plumage bird, plus it had a prominent "keel" on the upper mandible. Here are a pair of comparison photos (click to enlarge):
