Expandable Posts

I decided to try something new to make the pages a little easier on the eyes. Since my posts can sometimes run a little long, I'm experimenting with "expandable post summaries". Let me know if you have any problems with your browser displaying the new expand/collapse feature.

Hello,

I read your post about last year's CBC at The New York Botanical Garden, which mentions our resident pair of Great Horned Owls.

I thought you'd be interested to know what Debbie Becker has found this season regarding the owls. Debbie has led the bird walks here for over 20 years. See what she says in our blog, Plant Talk about prowling for owls: http://www.nybg.org/wordpress/?p=1068.

She's also preparing to do her annual bird count in December here, and of course, Audubon's CBC will be later in December.

We'll be posting blogs by Debbie about birding at the Garden periodically. Be sure to check back regularly and feel free to link to us.

Thanks.
